Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange or replacement for items that are found to be defective, damaged during transit, or affected by manufacturing issues. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery along with relevant proof, such as images or videos showing the issue.
Exchange Eligibility
• Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories
• Product should not be physically damaged due to customer misuse
• The issue must fall under manufacturing defect or transit damage
Once Approved
• Replacement will be processed subject to stock availability
• In cases where the same product is unavailable, customers may be offered an alternative solution or refund
