Exchange Policy

We offer product exchange or replacement for items that are found to be defective, damaged during transit, or affected by manufacturing issues. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery along with relevant proof, such as images or videos showing the issue.

Exchange Eligibility

        Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories

        Product should not be physically damaged due to customer misuse

        The issue must fall under manufacturing defect or transit damage

Once Approved

        Replacement will be processed subject to stock availability

        In cases where the same product is unavailable, customers may be offered an alternative solution or refund
