Return Policy

At WIBRION™, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

•        The product must be unused and returned in its original condition

•        All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and invoice copies must be included

•        The product should not show signs of misuse, physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized repair

Once the returned item is received, our quality team will inspect the product to verify the issue before approving the return request.

Please Note

•        Products damaged due to improper usage, mishandling, accidental damage, water damage (where not applicable), or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return

•        Returns requested after the eligible return period may not be accepted

•        Certain hygiene and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless there is a manufacturing defect
