Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business working days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

        Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side

        Refunds may be denied if the returned product fails inspection or does not meet return eligibility criteria

        For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original source account

        For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be requested to provide bank account details for refund processing
